Resep Bubur Pati Garut untuk Redakan Asam Lambung

Harus dipahami, tepung garut sebagai tepung bebas gluten yang didapat dari konsentrat pati tanaman garut (Maranta arundinacea L). Tepung ini mempunyai manfaat menahan maag dan masalah pencernaan lain dan turunkan kandungan cholesterol.

Bahan:
50 gr tepung garut
100 mililiter air
100 gram gula aren
400 mililiter air
1 helai daun pandan
Kuah:
1 buntel santan
250 mililiter air
Garam, secubit
Langkah Membuat:
1. Rebus gula aren, 400 mililiter air dan daun pandan hingga mendidih dan gula terlarut. Saring, pinggirkan.
2. Campurkan tepung garut dengan 100 mililiter air. Masukan ke air gula dan daun pandan. Masak dengan api sedang, aduk sampai rata sampai warna berbeda bening kecoklat-coklatan dan meletus-letup. Angkat.
3. Masak bahan kuah hingga mendidih.
4. Penyuguhan: Mengambil seperlunya bubur ke mangkok, tambah kuah di atasnya. Suguhkan. Selamat mempraktikkan.
